Less is more: Bite-Size Spanish focuses on introducing 10 new vocabulary words per week. Limiting the amount of new information helps prevent cognitive overload and improves retention.
Spaced repetition: It's important to revisit key concepts every 2-3 weeks. This technique enhances memory retention by transferring information from short-term to long-term memory, increasing retention rates by up to 200% (Cepeda et al., 2006).
